About the Role

We are seeking an eager and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our collaborative global Finance team. This remote, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in general ledger accounting and worldwide Accounts Payable transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash reports and determine appropriate accounting treatment for expenditures.
• Process payments and manage weekly payment runs.
• Manage Accounts Payable inboxes, reviewing, analyzing, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Handle vendor requests, purchase orders, and bills within the Accounts Payable system.
• Execute month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Perform analysis to ensure correct coding of financial transactions.
• Assist internal and external auditors by extracting requested details and providing necessary support.
• Participate in project work related to system changes and implementations.
• Provide support for the monthly Fixed Assets process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 0-1 year of accounting experience; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
