Consea is seeking an experienced HR Expert to join a major luxury company as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Venice. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to your assigned client group. Your primary focus will be to align people and services strategies with the overall business strategy to achieve both people and business objectives. You will play a crucial role in guiding leaders and employees through people-related matters, ensuring a supportive and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner, linking people and services strategy with business strategy to achieve objectives.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to leaders and employees on people-related impacts and issues.
• Manage performance, conduct investigations, and handle grievances, collaborating with the Employee Relations team to ensure appropriate resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Strong understanding of performance management processes.
• Experience in coaching and advising leadership.
• Familiarity with business strategy development and implementation.
• Proficiency in managing employee relations.
