About the Role

Vestas is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Taranto facility. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for production execution in accordance with company values and priorities.
• Deploy and anchor a comprehensive safety culture within your area and production teams.
• Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management.
• Implement business strategy by assigning roles and tasks to team members based on their skills and abilities.
• Identify and implement changes for cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Ensure compliance with national and relevant regulations.
