About the Role

Berluti, a distinguished masculine Maison within the LVMH Group, is seeking a Production Planner to join our team in Ferrara, Italy. Established in Paris in 1895, Berluti has evolved from its bespoke footwear origins to offer a comprehensive wardrobe for the modern man, encompassing ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, and exceptional objects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Planner, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing production plans to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
• Overseeing inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Working closely with manufacturing teams to monitor production progress and address any potential issues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of production planning processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in production planning and a solid understanding of the manufacturing environment. Essential skills and experience include:

• Proven experience in production planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations.
• Experience in logistics management.
• Proficiency in inventory management techniques.
