Accelleron is seeking a senior QHSE Manager to join our team in Genova. This role is crucial in supporting the Country Manager Director (CMD) by providing expert day-to-day support in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). You will also lead a cluster of countries to embed a strong safety culture and establish a quality culture that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

About the Role

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Accelleron Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with Accelleron Group, Division, and Business Unit guidance. This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of quality and safety principles within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Country Manager Director in maintaining day-to-day expertise and optimized support in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Provide leadership for a cluster of countries to embed a strong safety culture.
• Establish and maintain a quality culture to exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain the Accelleron Integrated Management System in line with Accelleron Group/Division/BU guidance.
• Oversee QHSE operations for the Italy area, including Italy, Malta, and Bulgaria.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HSE and Quality Management.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a strong safety culture.
• Experience in developing and maintaining management systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
