Tailor&Fox Srl is seeking a senior-level Department Head for Production to join their manufacturing team in Bologna. This is a permanent, onsite position.

About the Role

The Department Head Production will be responsible for the overall performance of their designated production area, focusing on safety, machinery, quality, and output to meet departmental objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire production flow, ensuring operational continuity, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee and improve the collective performance (Safety, Machinery, Quality, Production) of the assigned area to achieve defined objectives.
• Manage the production flow in terms of both quality and quantity.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the production area.
• Guarantee the continuity of plant operations.
• Manage and develop employees, supporting their professional growth and autonomy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Production Management.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control principles.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management and employee development.
• Experience with Safety Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Plant Operations.
• Senior-level experience in a manufacturing setting.
